9100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 9100 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read these terms in full before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using any part of the 9100 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all services provided), you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use the platform.
The 9100 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under local law and are eligible to use this service. 9100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that are unable to verify this eligibility.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and the 9100 platform. They may be updated from time to time — users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a refund of any balance.
When registering, you must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Providing false or misleading details may result in immediate suspension of your account. 9100 reserves the right to verify users’ identities using valid identification documents before processing any withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 9100 platform agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for purposes that are unlawful under Malaysian law or the laws of the country where the user resides.
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or compromise the platform's systems, servers, or security.
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other method to scrape data or manipulate gameplay.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Making false claims about winnings, transactions, or technical issues.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, freezing of funds suspected to have been obtained unlawfully, and legal action where applicable. 9100 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity without prior notice to the user.
4. Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 9100 platform are processed in Malaysian currency (MYR / RM). Deposits can be made via supported methods including FPX, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that their linked bank account details are accurate and up to date.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change without prior notice and will be displayed during the deposit process. You agree not to deposit more than you can afford to lose.
Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours. 9100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. Any fees charged by third parties (banks or payment processors) are the user's responsibility.
Funds held in a user's account do not accrue interest. 9100 is not liable for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment processors. All transactions are final once confirmed by the system.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 9100 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or meet any specific user expectations. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) may affect service availability.
9100 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, financial losses, or data damage — that users may experience while using the platform. 9100's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time of the alleged incident.
Users acknowledge that all forms of betting and casino gaming carry financial risk. Game outcomes are random and cannot be guaranteed by anyone. 9100 bears no responsibility for any financial decisions made by users based on their use of the platform.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
9100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or upon request by a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be entitled to recover any balance associated with the suspected activity.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the required identity verification procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 9100 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 9100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 9100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
9100 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 9100 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed resolution mechanisms, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
